قام وفد يمثل دوائر واقسام الادارة العامة في محافظة بيت لحم برئاسة الاستاذ صالح صبح مدير عام الادارة العامة للتنمية والتخطيط وعضوية مجموعة من الاخوة والاخوات من الاقسام والدوائر المختلفة بزيارة لجامعة فلسطين الاهلية التقوا خلالها بالاستاذ خالد شناعة مدير دائرة المشاريع في الجامعة والمدير التنفيذي لجمعية التنمية المجتمعية والتعليم المستمر.
وجرى خلال الزيارة التي اتسمت بالروح الايجابية من الطرفين استعراض الواقع التنموي في محافظة بيت لحم والتحديات المقبلة السياسية والاقتصادية والتنموية التي تحتم ضرورة التكاتف وتظافر الجهود بين مختلف القطاعات الفاعلة في المحافظة، واتفق الطرفان على مجموعة من الاجراءات التنسيقية وعلى تفعيل التعاون في مجالات متعددة من اهمها قطاعات التدريب المهني وبناء القدرات ودمج ذوي الاعاقة والتمكين الاقتصادي للنساء والمجالس الشبابية على ان يتم قريبا توقيع مذكرة تفاهم بين محافظة بيت لحم وجامعة فلسطين الاهلية وكذلك جمعية التنمية المجتمعية والتعليم المستمر بصفتها الذراع التنموي للجامعة.
وشدد الاستاذ صبح على اهمية الانفتاح والتعاون بين كافة المؤسسات الفاعلة في المحافظة نظرا لتنامي الحاجة لمشاريع تنموية لمجابهة الظروف الصعبة التي تمر بها فلسطين مبديا استعداد محافظة بيت لحم العمل كجسم تنسيقي بين الاطراف والقطاعات المختلفة، من جهته شكر الاستاذ شناعة الوفد على الزيارة مؤكدا استعداد الجامعة والجمعية للتعاون وتقديم برامج تنموية وتدخلات بناء القدرات لطاقم المحافظة وللفئات الاكثر احتياجا منوها على ان ذلك جزء اساسي من رسالة الجامعة والجمعية ومسؤوليتهما المجتمعية.
واتفق الطرفان على تكثيف التواصل في المستقبل القريب لترجمة كل من تم نقاشه والاتفاق عليه لبرامج وانشطة تطبق في المنظور القريب.
