Khalet Al Haddad Village
Issue: Khelet Al Haddad Village lacks a clinic for treating local patients. Thus, the initiative aimed to provide the village with a first-aid unit that had all of the basic emergency tools and medicines needed to ensure that local citizens receive basic care before being referred to larger clinics in Bethlehem. The initiative also advocated for better health care services from the Ministry of Health.
Initiative Activities:
1) A First-aid Unit was opened with the attendance of local villagers, volunteers, BIO LAB Diagnostic Laboratories and local council members.
2) A workshop was conducted by a nurse from the unit to raise awareness about how to prevent illness.
