Community Development and Continuing Education Institute (CDCE-I) won four out of eight first places in the national debate competition. The competition was part of the Young Mediterranean Voices (YMV) dialogue forum in Palestine 2018.
Ramiz Hayek won the second place among 48 participants in the competition. Whereas Manar Taamri won the fourth place, Ali Zawahreh won the fifth place, and Jumana Al Jafari came in Eighth place in the competition.
The Participants debated important topics and issues for youth in particular and Palestinian society in general. These topics and issues included: social security, youth mobility, Palestinian popular resistance, and elections. Where debtors were divided into two groups, one group is a supporter of the topic or the issue debated and the other is opposed to it. This model is a simulation for the British parliamentary system.
